Simply complete our Trade Application Form. We require a valid resale certificate or professional accreditation. Our team reviews every application personally, and you can expect your professional account to be activated within 24 business hours. Once approved, your specific trade pricing will be visible and applied automatically when you log in.

How do I place an order as a Trade Partner?

To access professional pricing, you must first be logged into your account. Access is available via the Log In button in the top right corner of the header or under the Partner Program menu bar. We utilize a secure, password-less entry system: simply enter the email address used for your application, and you will receive a one-time password (OTP) to your inbox. Once entered, navigate to the Trade Portal (accessible via the Partner Program menu) and select Shop Trade. All professional discounts are applied automatically to your cart as you build your project.

Can I manage complex or high-volume orders through the portal?

Our digital atelier is engineered for speed, allowing you to specify yardage and select rug dimensions in a single flow. For high-volume B2B orders, project-specific commercial quotes, or complex custom designs, you can reach out directly to your dedicated Trade Specialist in West Chester. They provide 1:1 coordination between your studio and our production teams in Jaipur to ensure your technical specs are met with precision.

How is the checkout handled for tax-exempt professionals?

Once your professional account is verified and logged in, our system is designed to manage tax-exempt checkouts automatically for all orders fulfilled through our Pennsylvania hub. How do you navigate international vs. domestic delivery?

We operate as a dual-continent exporter and US-based distributor to offer maximum fiscal flexibility. For global projects, we ship FOB India direct to your job site to minimize third-party markups and navigate tariff layers efficiently. For North American projects, our West Chester hub provides duty-paid simplicity and consolidated shipping for our stocked inventory.

What are the shipping costs for Trade members?

We provide transparent, fully-landed commercial quotes to ensure your project margins remain predictable. For export orders shipping outside of India, freight is calculated by weight and volume and is assumed by the buyer. For domestic orders fulfilled from our US hub, shipping is calculated from FOB West Chester, PA to provide true-cost transparency.

If you are submitting your own CAD for a rug or original artwork for custom blocks and embroidery, timelines will vary based on the complexity of the development. This process includes technical mapping, strike-offs (samples) for your approval, and dye-matching. Your Trade Specialist will provide a refined production calendar once your design is finalized.

How do I begin the custom design process?

To start a bespoke project, connect with your Trade Specialist. They will pair you with one of our Product Merchandizers who will act as your technical liaison—navigating the bridge between your design intent and the master craftsmen at the loom or printing table.

Who manages the technical specs of my order?

Every trade partner is supported by a dedicated account team based in Philadelphia, providing personal ownership over your domestic workflow. Simultaneously, our Jaipur-based production team manages on-the-ground QC and technical coordination at the loom level, providing a 24/5 global support loop.

What if my project requires a specialized material or size?

We are a manufacturing-led partner, not a lifestyle curator. If your project demands a specific fiber, scale, or construction not found in our current "drops," we can utilize our buying agent capabilities to source or develop a custom solution tailored to your project’s needs.
