We utilize a secure, password-less entry system: simply enter the email address used for your application, and you will receive a one-time password (OTP) to your inbox. Once entered, navigate to the Trade Portal (accessible via the Partner Program menu) and select Shop Trade. All professional discounts are applied automatically to your cart as you build your project.
Can I manage complex or high-volume orders through the portal?
Our digital atelier is engineered for speed, allowing you to specify yardage and select rug dimensions in a single flow. What are the shipping costs for Trade members?

For export orders shipping outside of India, freight is calculated by weight and volume and is assumed by the buyer.
